You get a snap on filter (1/4" ID) for the AC side of the power supply.
All ballasts in a particular location must have a filter otherwise RFI may not be suppressed to a measurable value. Suppresses RFI in range of 150 KHz to 10 MHz.
TECH NOTE: You must change the dimmers (if used) to LED dimmers otherwise the dimmers may be the noise generation problem, I have heard that the LUMITRON MAESTRO PRO LED+ are very effective but expensive solutions.
