What it does

Interfaces coax to balanced antennas (e.g., open-wire OCF/G5RV) while providing strong common-mode rejection to keep RF off the outside of the feed.

Placement

At the transition to ladder line/balanced feed. Keep the first few feet of coax away from the antenna to avoid coupling.
