Just for the care in shipping alone, I would recommend Palomar Engineers! Iʻve received toroid shipments from other vendors (Hello ***zon!) that I litteraly poured out of the flimsy and inadequate packaging. The shipment was reduced to shards. However Palomar double-packs toroids and the protection for these delicate ceramics is second to none. I will definitely place more orders with Palomar Engineers.
