SHIPPING POLICY
United States & US Territories
Shipping/Handling is $10 for most orders in USA unless otherwise specified. If $15 is specified for a product use an extra line item called “Extra Shipping” and add $5.00 price.
Kurt Sterba book orders in U.S. go by cheaper media mail at $5. Other countries we ship priority mail in flat rate boxes if economical – that way you get tracking info and know where your package is. International Priority Mail small flat rate box is $30. We can also ship first class mail but it may take 4-10 weeks to arrive at your destination and there is no tracking information available. All shipments made with Paypal require tracking information and all shipments over $250 require a signature on delivery.
Canada
Orders weighing 4-lbs or less pay $25.00 Shipping/Handling via Priority Mail with on-line tracking
Orders weighing over 4-lbs pay actual shipping charges + $4.00 handling/packaging fee.
Canada shipping for Kurt Sterba book only is $15.00 – best to combine with other products for combined shipping cost.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries without tariff restrictions for ferrite products. Shipping charges average $50-$75 for the average 2-4 pound package. When filling out the order form, use an extra line item called “Extra Shipping” and add $50.00 shipping price (or the quoted estimate we give you).
Payments Accepted
We accept Visa/Mastercard/American Express(separate into 4 digit groups)/Discover and Paypal (We will send you a Paypal money request invoice for payment).
California Sales Tax
If your order form includes a a California ship to address, we have to collect 8.00% sales tax on the products AND shipping charges.
Sales Order Acknowledgement
After you enter the order we will send a sales order acknowledgement (via email) when the order is logged into our computers. Please review the Sales Order acknowledgement and email us if their are any corrections.
